Recognize that on the days when you wake up feeling meh, blah, or blue when there really is no reason for it (In fact, things are going well, so you really should be feeling good!), you are processing.

The emotions are familiar and you recognize them because you have felt them before on days when things were not going so well. But at that time, you swept the emotions under the rug and tamped them down so that you could simply survive.

Now that the pressure is off, the emotions are resurfacing. There is no need to be alarmed. There is no action required.

Simply admire, observe, and appreciate that your life is better now.

As a result, your body is releasing the pressure valve on the emotions held within its cells.

Give your body grace because your body is your partner.

You could go for a walk or exercise. Any type of physical movement will help “flush” these emotions from your body faster and clear the energy faster. And then you’ll be feeling better soon.
